Does my child need basketball experience?
No. Our program is designed for beginners and experienced athletes. Every player can develop at their own pace.
What should they bring?
Please bring a basketball, basketball shoes, and a water bottle.
How do payments work?
Payments can be made through e-transfer or cash.
What if they miss a session?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will discuss available options depending on the situation and current training schedule.
Can I watch training?
Yes, parents are welcome to watch training.
Is the program suitable for beginners?
Yes, most definitely. Athletes are coached in a positive environment and supported based on their current skill level.
How do private sessions work?
Private training is completely customized to the athlete’s needs, goals, and areas for improvement. Sessions provide individualized coaching, detailed skill breakdowns, shooting correction, footwork development, basketball IQ instruction, and personalized progression plans designed to accelerate development.

At Your Pace Athletics Training Waiver
By participating in At Your Pace Athletics basketball training, the athlete and parent/guardian acknowledge that basketball training involves physical activity and carries risk of injury. The participant agrees to follow coach instructions, train safely, and inform staff of any injuries, medical concerns, or limitations before training.
The participant and parent/guardian release At Your Pace Athletics, its coaches, staff, and facility partners from liability for injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during training, except where prohibited by law.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the athlete is healthy enough to participate. Emergency contact information must be provided before the session begins.
